Chicken, quinoa, and apples, join in this delectable, simple curry!
1 ½ pounds diced chicken bosom meat
¾ cup slashed onion
1 ¼ cups slashed celery
1 ¾ cups slashed Granny Smith apples
1 cup chicken stock
¼ cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
⅓ cup quinoa
Step 1Place the chicken, onion, celery, apple, chicken stock, milk, curry powder, and paprika into a moderate cooker; mix until blended. Spread, and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours. Mix in the quinoa during the last 35 minutes of cooking. Serve when quinoa is delicate.
