2 tomatoes
250g Jewel tomatoes
3 eschalion shallots
1 tbsp new chives, cut
1 tsp new thyme leaves, cut
2 tbsp parsley leaves, cut
2 tbsp new mint leaves, cut
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp clear nectar

Wash the tomatoes. Cut the burger tomatoes and portion the pearl tomatoes, by then sort out on a goliath level serving platter.

Pitiably cut the shallots and mix in with the flavors in a bowl. In an other bowl whisk the olive oil, vinegar and nectar together. Season to taste. Pour the olive oil mix over the shallot and flavor mix and blend well. Leave aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour the dressing over the tomato platter and serve immediately.
