More beneficial spring rolls

These more beneficial spring rolls are heated as opposed to southern style

•             100g cooked slight rice noodles

•             150g oriental vegetable sautéed food

•             60g cooked ham cuts, diced

•             1cm piece new root ginger, stripped and meagerly cut

•             1 clove garlic, squashed

•             ½ tsp Chinese five zest

•             1 tbsp light soy sauce

•             4 sheets filo baked good

•             2 tbsp sunflower oil

•             1 tsp sesame seeds

•             Juice of 2 limes

•             1 tbsp sweet bean stew plunging sauce

Preheat the broiler to 200°C/gas mark 6. In an enormous bowl, throw together the rice noodles, pan sear vegetables, ham, ginger, garlic, five zest and soy sauce.

Lay the sheets of filo on a work surface and cut down the middle. Spoon the noodle blend along the short side of each bit of baked good and brush the edges with oil. Crease in and move up.

Brush with somewhat more oil, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and prepare on a lined heating plate for 20-25 minutes until brilliant.

In a little bowl, blend the lime squeeze in with the sweet stew sauce and present with the spring moves for plunging.
