Sausagemeat stuffing

This sausagemeat and sage stuffing formula is ideal for a Christmas turkey. Or then again simply fold it into balls to serve close by the Christmas supper.


•             1 enormous onion, cleaved

•             2 cloves garlic, squashed

•             450g/1lb frankfurter meat

•             1 tbsp slashed parsley

•             2 tbsp slashed sage

•             25g/1oz new white breadcrumbs

•             salt and newly ground dark pepper


1.Preheat the stove to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

2.Mix all the fixings together. Either fold into balls or spread out equitably in a lubed ovenproof dish. Heat for 30 minutes or until brilliant earthy colored all finished and cooked through.
