Veggie lover bean stew

The simplest stew you’ll actually make, with prepared to-eat grains, kidney beans in stew sauce and summer veggies – it’s 4 of your 5-a-day as well!


•             400g pack stove simmered vegetables

•             1 can kidney beans in stew sauce

•             1 can slashed tomatoes

•             1 prepared to-eat blended grain pocket


•STEP 1.Warmth broiler to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Cook the vegetables in a meal dish for 15 mins. Tip in the beans and tomatoes, season, and cook for another 10-15 mins until steaming hot. Warmth the pocket in the microwave on High for 1 min and present with the bean stew.
